The 2015 Club Dinner will be held in The Long Room at Sussex County Cricket Club, Hove on Friday 25 September. The dinner is open to members and their guests and all are invited to attend. Dress will be lounge suits and club ties.
The Club Dinner is the time when The Sussex Martlets come together to reflect on the past season, to start looking to next year, as well as meeting up with friends old and new. It is also the time when the 2015 Club Awards will be given to Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Best Junior and Martlet of the Year.
The speaker on the evening will be Jon Filby, Chairman of Sussex Cricket in the Community Trust, on the subject of Cricket and Other Things in the year in which Sussex reorganises its cricketing structures.
The Parks Bar will be open in the Long Room from 7.00 pm to be followed by dinner at 8.00 pm which will consist of 3 courses plus coffee at a cost of £35.00 per head, or £17.50 Under 23’s. Seating will be by tables of ten.
