Match Manager The usual very friendly match on a fine day at Piltdown GC. A popular fixture with the Manager having the luxury of 2 reserves in for our team of 12. All agreed the course was in excellent shape, although the heather provided a tough challenge if a wayward shot found it. The Martlets took an early lead, but the match was then in the balance until Chris Gray and Michael Phillipps came in with a win and then Nick Hamilton and Mike Stewart fought for a half for a Martlets win by 3.5 – 2.5.
