The Sussex Martlets Cricket Club Limited, known also as The Sussex Martlets,  is an incorporated private members club registered in England and Wales with registered number 10649966 and is a member of the Sussex Cricket Foundation.

The Sussex Martlets holds an ECB Extracover Insurance Policy as arranged by Marshall Wooldridge.
